Where are you located?
We are located by the elevator on the first floor in the historic Arcade building at 1332 Main Street (suite 118) in downtown Columbia, SC. There is also an entrance to our building on Washington Street.
What are your hours?
All of our therapists have different availabilities which is why we are by appointment only. You can see our available appointment times when booking your appointment online.
What about parking?
Downtown parking can be a little tricky, but there are several public parking decks as well as metered parking in close proximity. View the parking map below, or visit the City of Columbia Parking Finder for more info on downtown parking.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, gift cards, and cash. Sorry, no personal checks.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! You can come into our Spa Shop and purchase a physical gift card, or digital gift certificates here.
I don't see what I'm looking for on your menu, do you offer anything else?
All of our sessions are custom just for you! Give us a call, text, or email about what you're looking for and we'll be glad to help. If you are looking for a service we aren't able to do, we'll be sure to refer you to a great massage therapist who can.
Do you offer couples massages?
Unfortunately we do not have the capability to offer massages in the same room. However, we do frequently have appointments available at the same time! Just follow the directions at the top of our booking page.
I booked a 60 minute massage, will I get 60 minutes of hands-on time?
Yes! We try to get you on the table as quickly as possible, but all of our massage sessions include a little, "Hello, how are you? What hurts?" and getting undressed/dressed. We build in time for that and won’t let it take away from your massage. However, if you’re late for your appointment we have to be respectful to the others following you and won’t be able to go over your allotted time slot. If you’d like a longer consultation, let us know ahead of time and we’ll gladly build in extra time at no additional cost.
Do I have to get naked?
Nope! While most people prefer to get undressed down to their underwear, you can wear (or not wear) whatever makes you the most comfortable. While certain types of massage through clothing is possible, most effective massage techniques are best done on bare skin.

What kind of oil do you use?
We use different mediums depending on what type of massage we are giving. Mostly we stick with specialty massage lotions and oils that give a good slip and won't absorb too fast, but are skin-safe and won’t clog pores. For ingredients and allergy information on all products we use, click here.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled the day before your scheduled service are subject to a $25 fee. No-shows and same day cancellations are responsible for the full cost of service scheduled. We are happy to reschedule your service up until the day before your appointment with a $25 deposit that will be applied to the cost of your service. Any reschedules are at the discretion of the therapist. Fees will be charged to the card provided at check out. But don’t worry, we won’t let you forget about your appointment! You’ll get an email confirmation of your appointment that you can add to your phone calendar and we’ll send you a text reminder as well. Hey, we know things happen that are out of our control and we’d much rather have you reschedule than cancel.
