After suffering from chronic pain for over 10 years, I finally found massage therapy was the best way to manage my condition. I knew I wanted to help people that have been through a similar journey. I decided to learn the art & science of massage therapy to not only help facilitate healing in others, but also help busy people enjoy a few moments of true peace and relaxation.

I use different types of techniques and tools during sessions to get the best results possible. I love the challenge of meeting a client who is trying massage therapy as a last resort and leaving them with reduced pain and hope for the future. In every single session with every single client, I give my best effort to make treatments comfortable yet effective.

Whether it's taking an hour to allow yourself to be pampered or to finally address a chronic ache or pain, I believe that taking care of your body is of the utmost importance.
